what is Solidtop material?

Acrylic solid surface is an advanced composite of aluminum-tri-hydrate and methyl methacrylate (MMA) developed as a practical material for living. It’s blended at a ratio of 69% natural stone powder with 1% color pigments and 30% polymer resins. Solidtop sheets and countertops are manufactured under strictly monitoring by our trained team through all the process that includes:

Mixing

Raw materials (powder, color pigments and resin) are carefully tested and mixed together.

Molding

Prepared mixture is poured into different sizes molds and formed into slab. Then it is vibrated in vacuum machines that helps to remove all the air and creates a compressed surface.

Firming

Raw slabs are moved to the ovens and heated under high temperature that helps to reach the high solid and strength level for finished product.

Sanding and water polishing

The top layer of slabs is sanded, cut up to the required size and water polished to a perfect finish.

Quality Control Inspection

each slab subject industrious quality inspection to ensure it meets high standards.

Printing

Next step is side/back printing & labeling for each slab with film on the top of slab to ensure all surfaces are well protected and reach our customers in excellent condition.

Fabricating

* Supplied in sheets and shapes, it can be fabricated with conventional woodworking tools into virtually any design. If you are required readymade product such as kitchen tops, vanities, or table tops, slabs can be fabricated and polished by our well experience fabrication team. That includes measuring according to your drawings and special requests, cutting, gluing, polishing, adding film to protect polished surface and special packing of each item.
